Queen’s Palace

4. it is located on the top of “Anaramanaga” hill. You will see that this palace was the residence of the rulers of the Imernina Dynasty and is also known as “Mayocamidana Palace” (destroyed by fire on November 6, 1995, but rebuilt and reopened on June 10, 2023). You will find that all the items used by the kings and queens of successive generations are preserved inside, as well as the items that survived the fire in 1995. You will see the royal mausoleum, two ancient palaces, a sacred pool with a stone monument (carrying the list of 20 Madagascan students studying in London), the portrait of the most beautiful girl, and a religious temple belonging to the royal family. Here, you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Antananarivo.
